Your pillowcase is an essential part of your bedroom.
What the majority of people do is get the cheapest pillowcase that they can find, and in the process, sacrifice their quality, comfort, and health for maybe a dollar or two.
That is crazy!
It’s like when people know that they are going to be spending a ton of time on their feet standing, yet not getting good shoes. That doesn’t make any sense, does it?
So then, why would someone get a pillowcase that’s bad for your skin and hair health, isn’t all that comfortable, and doesn’t give you the proper sleep that you need just to save a buck or two?
So what are the main things you should look for in a pillowcase?
1) Your pillowcase absolutely has to be SOFT(Silk or Satin pillowcases are preferred. I personally use a Satin pillowcase)
2) Your pillowcase needs to be as easy to clean as possible! Sleeping on a dirty pillow case, no matter the quality of the pillowcase, will have you feeling greasy, and you’ll wake up feeling all groggy and almost as if you didn’t get any sleep at all, without a clean pillowcase.
3) It must be affordable. You shouldn’t need to empty your wallet to get a pillow case that will help you sleep better.
4) Look at the reviews of your chosen pillow case. If other people thought it was good, there’s a good chance that you will also like it.
5) Once you’ve got a pillowcase you like, keep getting it! It’s like the saying, “If it’s not broke, don’t fix it”
The benefits of having a good pillowcase are countless.
You will sleep better, wake up more well rested, often, skin problems will literally vanish(I had Acne for many years until I started sleeping on my particular favorite pillowcase), hair problems start reversing, and you’ll be much more happier and energetic throughout your day.
